Exchange and return policy:
Gold products can be exchanged within a period not exceeding 3 days from the arrival of the shipment and the product is in its original condition.
- The product can be returned within a period not exceeding 1 day from the time of its arrival.
- The amount will be refunded according to the payment method made at the time of purchase. If the purchase was made in cash, the amount will be refunded in cash, if any. If it was made through cards (Mada - Visa - MasterCard), the amount taken from the bank transaction fees will be deducted and the amount will be refunded from three days to 14 working days.
- The piece cannot be replaced or returned if it has been reduced, enlarged or its color changed.
- The product arrangement fee (flower + packaging) cannot be refunded.
- Products purchased through the installment system (Tabby, Tamara) cannot be returned. The exchange will be for the same amount or more, with payment of the difference.
- For health reasons, parts that affect public health (rings - reins) cannot be replaced or returned.
- Upon arrival of the shipment to the company's headquarters, all shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The Healing Corner Summit has the right to cancel the order without prior notice in the following cases:
( Order not available, pricing error, unavailability of the required size ) with a full refund to the customer.
- When requesting a return or exchange of the product outside Riyadh, a 50 riyal delivery fee will be deducted from the product to the customer and a 50 riyal delivery fee from the customer to the store.
- When requesting a return or exchange Within Riyadh, the product is deducted 35 riyals as a delivery fee to the customer and 35 riyals as a delivery fee from the customer to the store.
