*Ruling on buying gold from an online store*
The validity of selling gold according to Islamic law requires that the exchange be done hand to hand. In order for the condition of hand to be fulfilled, the following must be met:
1- When you pay or transfer the price of the item to our account, “ this will be done as a trust .”
2- When the shipping and delivery company delivers the item to you, the shipping company will collect on your behalf.
3- Thus, the condition of exchange is fulfilled, God willing, as the required amount is the one that was transferred “ by sale ” when the shipping company receives the item.
